Trace Privileges from an AttributeDef appears to fail (2.3 and 2.4)

Steps to reproduce:

1) Navigate to an attribute def

2) navigate to the Privileges tab

3) select any group/subject's "Actions" button and select "Trace Privileges" option off the menu.

The error message is returned:

"Error: cannot find attributeDefId, nameOfAttributeDef, or attributeDefIndex in url"
