typo in groups i manage page

Hi Chris,

There is a semantic error on the My Groups page, under the Groups I manage tab. The second "you" should be removed. Change this:

The following table lists all groups in which you are allowed you to
manage the group's membership list.

to this:

The following table lists all groups in which you are allowed to
manage the group's membership list.

I am using 2.4 with these patches:
