ui caches session stuff, but it should refresh on cache miss

Session initialiser caches all fields on session start, and when a field isnt there, it doesnt display right: ???????

SessionInitialiser.java
session.setAttribute("fieldList",GrouperHelper.getFieldsAsMap(chainedBundle));

Reproduce by starting UI, logging in, add a type and attribute in gsh, add that type to a group of the user logged in, see the ???? in the attribute name. See email from loris to grouper-users on 11/25/2008
