do not add admin privileges to inherited admins

    Description

      these privileges are not needed since if the user will get admin as an inherited privilege... just cruft.

      # GRP-1665: do not add admin privileges to inherited admins
      		 
      privileges.assignAdminToInheritedAdminsOnCreate = true
