Delete loader jobs when loader group is deleted

Hi,

We deleted several loader groups yesterday and saw "can't find group" error in
grouper_error.log this morning. ( The groups had quartzcron set to run at 7
am every day. ) I noticed that those groups loader details still existed in
the GROUPER_QZ_JOB_DETAILS table, and they only went away when loader was
restarted. Should they be removed when the loader groups are deleted? If
it already does that and I'm missing a config, please let me know.
