We do want to proceed with the web services call to add an external
user. Ideally, we'd like to have it by the end of July. If you could do
it sooner we could take advantage of that. For us it doesn't have to be
a patch. So far I'm still building Grouper as I did before you added the
patch mechanism. I'll be upgrading our Grouper from 2.2.1 to 2.3 this
summer, so it can be for 2.3 with all patches.
