Description
- Expunge should record a history record (since changelog maintains history now).
- Test expunge, make sure associated models remain in a consistent (but deleted) state.
- Verify changelog delete also updates modified column of corresponding table.
- When a person is expunged, there are still edit/delete buttons from canvas to associated models... these should go away/become view only (perhaps generally all edit permissions should be dropped when viewing deleted records?).
