    Description

      Add support for custom jquery themes to be dropped into /local/..., with default.ctp using them if they exist. Note that it may be advisable/necessary to check the custom theme conforms with the current version of jquery UI in use. (ie: If COmanage is at 1.10 but the deployer installs 1.11, is that a problem?)
