Improve Changelog Rendering

    Description

      The Changelog View Element should be flipped to be a horizontal, multi-row layout (similar to transaction level history), along with < > arrows to navigate through earlier and later versions of attributes.

      This will require something in StandardController to pass historical data to the view element across all Changelog enabled Models.
